*** IF YOU TRY THE BEE POLLEN: you could experience an allergic reaction, especially if you're allergic to bees or anything else. Start with a little (I started with 1/2 teaspoon, but if you know you're allergic start with 1 granule, see how you do, and then work up to 1 tsp. If you need more information about Bee Pollen, please do some reasearch on your own...I'm not a Bee Pollen guru so please don't rely on just my opinion. :)
I lost 1.8 lbs. this past week. That brings my total to 23.6 pounds lost! :) I had injured my heel and couldn't walk or do my step so instead I rode my bike to work and back all week. I couldn't let myself down now could I, and make an excuse for the bum heel. ;) Have a great week everyone!!!

“I am always pushing Whole Foods to my friends and family to the point that they are think I work for you. That is why a friend just took great pleasure in sending me this article about Whole Foods and quality standards not being what they used to be. Please respond so I can defend Whole Foods to my friend!”

Please note: if you have an allergy to bee's or think you may be allergice to bee pollen, use caution. In fact, check with a doctor first, I would. The word on this is to take a small amount to test for allergies first, but in my opinion, I wouldn't risk it, especially if you're already allergic to bees. Obviously with anything you view on YouTube or read anywhere, it's just information being passed along, you have to determine what's good for you or not. :)
