Barcelona didn't let Pique and Fabregas go, they were stolen when they reached 17 because before, you were not allowed to sign a professional contract in Spain under the age of 17. But this means teams from England can come in and steal them before Barca sign them. Barca actually let this kid go to man city however.

Think about it, Barca released Pique and Fabregas not knowing how they'd turn out. This kid could be a great addition to any side in the future you just don't know.
