Lyrics:
You must leave now, take what you need, you think will last.
But whatever you wish to keep, you better grab it fast.
Yonder stands your orphan with his gun,
Crying like a fire in the sun.
Look out the saints are comin' through
And it's all over now, Baby Blue.

The highway is for gamblers, better use your sense.
Take what you have gathered from coincidence.
The empty-handed painter from your streets
Is drawing crazy patterns on your sheets.
This sky, too, is folding under you
And it's all over now, Baby Blue.

All your seasick sailors, they are rowing home.
All your reindeer armies, are all going home.
The lover who just walked out your door
Has taken all his blankets from the floor.
The carpet, too, is movin' under you
And it's all over now, Baby Blue.

Leave your stepping stones behind, something calls for you.
Forget the dead you've left, they will not follow you.
The vagabond who's rapping at your door
Is standing in the clothes that you once wore.
Strike another match, go start anew
And it's all over now, Baby Blue.

  • @Gilyslas

Fuck Steve Jobs. Typical fucking corporate yuppie who had no problem proclaiming his own moral superiority while simultaneously paying slave wages to Chinese workers to manufacture iShit.

  • @Fearinahandfulofdust steve jobs invented that machine, your computer, which you are using every day to watch porn, yes? and he is a pioneer in DiGi technologies. it's a step to the 21st century. i don's think you quite understand that. show some respect kid. As of Chinese workers for $1.20 pr/hr, tuff shit. thats another argument.

  • @ChArLieR0mAna yeah, last track on bringing it all back home. I like that version better

  • Is this from live 1966? it sounds live

  • The Grateful Dead version is my fav cause I heard it before this one but I like this one too

  • there are only two original versions on youtube, and i like the quicker version, plenty of covers of the quicker version, but who wants them. does any 1 know if there is a studio version of this? I think the 1 ive got on cd is live too.

  • I attended NYU, Washington Square, New York when Bob Dylan, Joan Baez, Tom Rush, Tim Hardin were tramping around looking for gigs at McDougal Street clubs. They were all making some very interesting music but I knew then that Bob Dylan was a futuristic.

  • What a flawless live recording. Thank you so much for posting this.

  • Hi! I love Bob Dylan. I think he is the best. That is all : )

  • @kryptenwolf Man I won't rag on you like the other people but if you listen to Dylan many more times(maybe 10 maybe 100 times idk) he will grow on you, I remember a few years ago I didn't care for the man as an artist much and today he is probably my favorite and he inspires the hell out of me

  • @Fearinahandfulofdust Not that your opinion matters (or mine), but Steve Jobs revolutionized technology and advertising/design. Thanks to him, companies are making things look nice now.
