  • Based on the comment circa 4:00, what's the logic then for the Greek PSI? The PSI only transfers German inaction on to the Greek banking sector in both injurious and damaging manner. German banks have long dumped their Greek sovereign holdings into the lap of the ECB reducing exposure to negligible levels. It's the equivalent of after escaping the Titanic on the precious few boats, you then condemn those left on the Titanic to heroic death because they were simply dumb enough to be left behind
