Yo dude, what is that unit directly above the Rm1x?
-
This guy sounds like MJ... Yea micha Jackson ..lol

Excellent job, I enjoy our tutorials, they are awesome to a person "jump started" with the RM1x. Before your Instructions, I was about ready to get rid of my unit, but I stumbled on your Sessions, and now I am ready to really get going. Thanks.

I have an RM1X, but I tried to sync it to a KP3 Kaoss Pad and now when I turn it off and on, the track 1 always reverts to the Grand Piano. I read the manual, but can't find anything that explains it. Need some help.

@digitaljosh i may have a solution to ur midi question on how to sync two devices and have each do its own thing, i tried it with my yamaha djx box 2 and my rm1x. i hooked both of em up djx box in to rm1x out and i didnt set up midi sync on tha djx box. this aloud me to control the djx with the rm1x and the djx was still able to do its own thing on its on

you go bam yourself!

yo i use fl studios via usb midi controller and i wanted to hook my rm1x up to tha controller via midi, but i wanted the rm1x to be using its own sounds and the controller to use tha fl studio sounds. help?
Where can the beginners go because I don't have all this fancy stuff that you have. I just have one synthesizer workstation and computer, but I tried midi once and it recorded successfully but then after that when I turned my computer back on all my instruments were all piano on every track I gave up.............

Try the manual of the program you have, and try forums. There are not too many videos out there.

On The Rolands you can NOT change the midi channels. If you don't want the midi channel to be sent then you have to edit Seq Out in the part parameters. Korg knows what they're doing with MIDI settings, but I LOVE that Roland sound.
