@petitanglais It was written specifically for the girls and then another student persuaded me to enter it into the National Students Drama festival where it won an award. It was then Thames tv contacted me following a review in a national newspaper and i managed to persuade them to film it. And yeah some were really scary. Take care, John
@johnherriman You're most welcome. Did you pen this specifically for Dramarama or was it just picked up and performed by the school? It was quite an innovative littke show as I recall, though some of the pieces scared me witless. I've often thought of doing something similar, but I seem to have neither the time nor the singing voice, ha ha.
@johnherriman Simply wonderful to have rediscovered this play, I was too young to have fully appreciated it first time round. What I do remember is being distraught that Julie was so sad on her bed clutching her dolly. Mum had to wipe a few tears and tell me it wasn't real and that Julie was probably perfectly happy somewhere else, ha ha.

Thanks for putting this up in its entirety my original copy deteriorated quite badly and Thames do not seem to have any in the archive. Cheers John
