  • @il0v39074 the concept is fairly simple. the leyden jars are basically capacitors which means that there is an inner and outer covering of a conductor with a dielectric (something which is a very poor conductor) which builds up static charge due to how the electron flow works.

    In simple terms, one side of the conductor has a deficit of electrons, giving it a positive charge and the other side has a surplus giving it a negative charge which creates the charge

  • please show us how to make those!!
