*** first of, attention to all haters ***
This is an informative video, not meant for entertainment but to help people decide wether to get this speakers or not. That's why in this video "nothing happens" the goal is to test different kinds of music and equalizations so you can see how this speakers actually perform.
****
-- Audio is a little outta sync. I've uploaded this part 2 times, and still can't get it fixed. This is a youtube issue, sorry ---

I've done this because you can find information about the BLUEANT M1 BLUETOOTH SPEAKERS, like photos, reviews, specs, etc, BUT no one ever thought about actually demonstrating its power. What a waste of awesomeness!

I've tried 3 different bluetooth speakers to use on my bike while I'm riding. By now my search for the perfect audio experience is over. These are just awesome, powerful, rechargeable, long lasting, crystal clear sounding, and... awesome again. Plus, all I have to do is press play on my phone to listen to my crap (as you can see, its an average cellphone. Old even).

In the first 11 minutes I show you the speakers with the AC connected and my computer's audio line out connected also, so you can listen to its full audio capabilities, since you know, bluetooth transmitted audio has less quality than the audio through cable. Though, you can't tell much difference. Too bad the video doesn't make it much justice. My cam doesn't capture that good.

Later on, I disconnect both AC and line in, so the speakers use only the battery and bluetooth audio transmitted by my phone.

At a high volume level the battery lasts for 3 to 4 hours (3:46:05 on my test) as advertised.

If you are looking for portable speakers (rechargeable, no AC-in needed to work) these are the ones. Even if you don't need its Bluetooth capabilities, these are better sounding than most iPod "loudspeaker" docks (perhaps not some JBL branded ones, but those need to be connected to a power source, and still it is subject to debate).

Actually you can see a Sony Ericsson speaker on the back, I'm about to throw it to the trash can right now.

  • Have just bought the Supertooth Disco before I was using a Nokia MD-3 but the wire on this broke and I could not fix it.

  • Finally a serious portable speaker demo! It's of course impossible to judge the sound quality as it's going to be coloured by the device you yourself is using! However, this is probably as good as it's going to be. Seems like this speaker at least have some decent bass output?!

  • A bigh thank you for your testing naturadamus, it was very helpful!
