It is near Depoe Bay and is such a beautiful area. My second would be Ecola park near Seaside.

even though your not supposed to camp on the beach here, if you go to the left, around the corner you can set up a tent for the night and rest peacefully.
then, with all the money you saved you can eat breakfast at the Surfrider right up the wooden stairs.
watch out for the video poker though, and, don't park your car in the state park parking lot!
