@roc yah i know we use mod chip bu t how the hell does the process goes!(you know what i mean?) i need to know how to install everything in the hard disk make my own logo maybe you can help me out

I never used a modchip. I used a combination of the swap magic discs and from there installed the original memory card exploit. from there once MCboot was released I installed that. Now I use HD Loader ESR and MCboot (memory card is basically my modchip) I no longer modify consoles though, as Karma is a bitch so I went out and bought the contents of my PS2 hard disk. Truthfully I was planning on removing these videos soon.

if you put pal games on the hdd, will they be region locked? (assuming you are using ntsc gear)
