If Gore was president, we'd be better of as a nation. My only complaint is Liberman.

@OneCounterfeitSoul And Gore would have the election easily if he didn't take the advice of Donna Bitchzile- as I like to call her- and had Clinton campaign for him. Clinton's job approval rating was too high at time, and Gore was still convinced he was a liablity because of the Lewinsky Scandal. He also was robbed of Florida because he chose to cherrypick and did not do what Mr Al Franken did in Minnesota: count the challenged votes

Hal and Tipper to separate just cannot believe it. Al think you will change your mind? C'mon forty years.. that was yesteryear. Too long to split. Think again.

Bill Bradley was the better man for the Democratic nomination. He would have beat Bush and made him like it.
Gore should have picked Bob Graham (of FLORIDA) for vice president.

Indeed. I feel that in 2000 the American people were cheated. We should've had the choice between Bradley and McCain. Instead, we got the choice between Gore and Bush. Despite all his merit and ambition, Gore still only won the nomination because the party brass wanted him to. As for Bush, he had hatchetman Karl Rove run a racist ad in South Carolina to get him nominated. It was disgusting. No wonder so many people either voted for Nader or didn't even vote at all.
