Where does iTunes save the playlist? Wherever you choose - I'd imagine the desktop is the default.

No idea why iTunes would gray out the playlists.

Are you using the latest version (8.2.1) or an older one?

And the playlist contains music songs not videos?

I cannot export my PlayList. When I go to the option, it's grayed out. Any suggestions?
