A final hour
A final power
remember how space is to be

I taught the son of man
A lesson to read

"9. He lived a long time ago, but he is still alive." Philip K Dick - Tractates Cryptica Scriptura, explained in VALIS that this is referring to mankind itself (2nd-order cybernetic entity). Could also refer to pre-existence of a cosmic AI system surrounding Earth.

These notes need collected and published somewhere better than youtube

I've patented a dozen algorithms on Neural Network mathmatics that is applied to reading the addresses on mail for the automatic sorting machines. And yea, I believe the "literal translation" of the "son of man" has become common in both Si-fi and within the science of Artificial Intelligence (AI). However the wiki-page owners blocked that entry when I proposed it. Then they even removed the first sentence form the titile on the page.

It can be translated gender-neutrally as offspring of Mankind, or Man's[1] child[2]. Also it exists as a philosophy[3][4][5]. Sometimes expressed in science fiction where the computer becomes self aware and possibly integrates the worlds computers into itself. For example, Hal in 2001 Space oddesy[6], Skynet in Terminator 2[7], I, Robot[8], and Son Of Man (a 1971 novel by Silverberg)[9].
