Stepmania: DragonForce - Heroes of Our Time Chart Revisions

I revised this file once for the release of the UB pack. Unfortunately I was overly confident in my older stepping abilities (this was my first DF file, but I continued to make more) and consequently a lot of errors still remained. I went over the file one last time reviewing EVERYTHING to ensure accuracy.

Changes made relative to the version in the pack (old version):

*24ths @ :24
*trills corrected @ :28 and :32
*corrected non-PR jacks (ex: :17)
*editted some patterns improving fluence
*layered more (even though this technically promotes more inconsistencies I believe it's better)

Additional revisions not included in the clip:

note and pattern corrections, PR issues, added notes, etc.

lol I placed some 16ths incorrectly in the old one, so this one's harder. I also corrected those trills. They were way off in the first one :(.
