Car goes in the dock, wrecker tries to recover and goes in as well.
As seen on some other video sites, the second wrecker did not fall into the water and it is nothing more than a poor Photoshop edit.

you missed the end off. The green truck also ends up in the drink and then a blue truck comes to rescue all 3 of them.

I don't own the photos but I did use the waybackmachine years ago to find these images and threw them together in this video. The other video's you have seen where the last wreaker ends up in the water is a poor edit and were not seen in the original photo's.

hang on a minute, im sure ive seen this before, but the second truck also falls in whilst rescuing the first truck! The shots I saw were in black and white and taken from a different angle, but im convinced this was the one. Am I wrong?

Yes you are wrong. I did some crawling using a wayback machine to find the pictures and once found I put them all together and added them to an old website I had.

This happened in Ireland and only one car + one wrecker ended up in the water. The video's you see on other video websites, show my video and a poor attempt using Photoshop to show another wrecker heading into the water.
If you look at one of the pictures showing the first wrecker going into the water you will see a guy wearing a white 't'shirt. The poor edit shows the same guy in the same pose when the second (fake) wrecker goes in and means he would have been standing under the wrecker :)
