Using "Stamp-N-Foil" process, foil can be applied using a standard heat gun. Metallic, pigment, glitter, silver and transparent holographic pattern foils can be bonded to images that have been rubber stamped on paper.

I have done similar with printing it on vellum or glossy stock and quickly using the powder and if quick enough... I think you might try to use the foil too... Hope it works.

Does the stamp ink color have to be the same color as the foil you put over it? Or does it not matter?
