1st I'm not a pro but I'm just saying, she need the plastic board things, and the comb that splits the hair so she dosnt have to weave them

I've used the 2-foil method before, I like the 1-foil method better. But the biggest problem with what she's doing is her bleach mixture is WAY too dry. Thats why the hair isn't sticking to the foil like it's supposed to. Mix more developer in to get a creamier consistency.
