@priapus56 Has nothing to do with challenge but everything to do with common courtesy. Dancing in a social environment doesn't typically allow for such a large monopoly on floor real estate. You're almost guaranteed to bump into or step on someone, or even be stepped on yourself. That just takes away from the quality and fun of the dance and dancing in general. But if you're lucky enough that the dance floor is empty, by all means go for it =)

I know everyone has their way of teaching/learning these types of dances. This particular lesson is good if you plan on becoming a ballroom type dancer. However, if you perform this chasse in a social environment, you're just going to end up annoying other dancers.
