does the ps2 guitar for this game also work with the wii version? they have the same set up it seems. i know they both have the usb plug in feature. i just want to make sure before i rent rock band 2 for the wii.

No. You can't use your PS2 guitar on Rock Band 2 for the Wii. But you can use your guitar on Rock Band 2 for the PS3.

Yeah, it lookes like they had the same problem when they realesed it in US as well, but the music store will hopefully open soon ;P
