@wrczane Tommi is/was better at reading the road in front of him than anyone else, it is one of the reasons why he dominated Monte and so many other rallys. As far as his style, I would say he has more sideways than Loeb does, but he always put an emphasis on having extremely clean corner exits and maximum speed leaving a corner. Just my opinion though....

Good grief. Whoever said that motorsport isn't really a sport or is for retards needs to get their heads examined. How on earth can you maintain that concentration for so long at that speed? BTW, who knows what Tommi's style was, what made him so fast. Did he make use of the slow in fast out driving style or what? I could never figure it out.

With so many blind corners and unpredictable surface conditions I can imagine being a mental wreck after only a single stage. Maintaining this level of concentration throughout the entire rally must really stress one out.
