I am a certified yoga instructor. PLEASE do not look left and right during any inversion like shoulderstand. It is VERY dangerous. you could damage the spine at the neck. Keep working out! Just look straight up during your inversions.

Wow..some of those positions hurt me just looking at them being performed by you. lol..yes, I am dork..well there may be a another word for me..lol. I watch the whole video...Limber!! I guess there are advantages for being able to perform some of those moves. Have a blessed Christmas!!

As a mummy of four i find this video very very sweet, and can say i have been there and still travelling along this path. Warrior pose with a child underneath your legs is quite normal :)
