Can you please explain why we can't just put the mixture straight to the freezer without having to churn it with an ice cream maker?

@sirlordwhitman I've tried putting it straight in the freezer, too. If you do it that way, it's less creamy and more crystally. I definitely prefer it churned first.

Vanilla Ice cream w/ chocolate syrup always reminds me of my grandpa. That was our before bedtime snack when we stayed the night. I can't wait for the next book!
