M3 Translation - Early Battle Preview

Not much time has been put into hacking the battle stuff yet, so here's a video of where it stands at the moment.

The Japanese battle programming team did things very inefficiently and made many assumptions that aren't valid now, so there are a couple big assembly hacking issues to overcome.

This is a video of a work in progress, so it naturally doesn't look like the final version of the translation will.

The amount of crap you guys have to deal with is simply staggering. Look at that text disappear! Look at that battle text wrap! Look at the fact you still have to translate even Duster's moves. :/

It ain't easy, but I'll be glad once YOU translate it. I know something YOU guys do will be better than any other uncaring/thoughtless, randomly chosen translation team would do.

Actually, all the items and stuff have their descriptions translated, but we're using small placeholders for dev purposes at the moment.

Funny how Earthbound was one of the very first RPGS I ever had a great love for around when I was 10 years old, now I'm 21 and heck I may even end up getting married before I even get to play the one and only sequel to Earthbound.
