you know skill capes are now for non members too i looked at the skill chart and scrolled to skill capes it didn't say "Members Only" but if you don't believe me go try it your self (honestly i have no high skills right now) except for cooking (for some reason) but still i need somebody to make a video to see if they are for non members it said no members only thing so it must be true i just need somebody who's a non member to do it!!

Hey there, i am sorry but skill capes are not for F2P's. I tryed myself many times by those ppl who should sell them. Even if skill guide says other thing, jagex apperently wont change their guide.

what about 99 defense? that one defense tutor in Lumbridge said he'd sell you a defense skill cape or 99k if you got 99 defense did you try him yet if you maid a mistake it could be not having the 99k for the cape though try getting 99 defense as a non member then see if it's still available for 99k.

Hmm, i am not 99 defense but i can tell u that one is member-only too. If a member play at a F2P-server and he/she take their cape off they wonte be able to wear it again before they join a member-server.
Jagex made skill capes member-only to get all the F2P's in their game to join membership.
All skill capes are member-only :-(
