Thanks for your videos! I love how you introduce it for us!
I have a question!
I wonder how long can this side-dish be kept in the refrigerate? I want to make a lot and then eat them within a week. Would the side-dish go bad? Does this need to be eaten on the day we make them?
Thanks for your help in advance. : )

mung bean sprouts go bad faster than yellow soy bean sprout... so I will say.. first day ..the taste is the best..and maybe about for 3 days you can enjoy the dish. :)

Hi Aeri! Your dishes always look so appetizing! I'm gonna have to try making them myself when I get back to my country. Anyway, I was wondering how long could Korean banchans be kept for. Must we finish eating them immediately? Cuz it'll be nice if we could make a batch and eat them for a few days instead right?

it depends on side-dishes.. some side-dishes using fresh vegetables like.. lettuce.. cucumber.. you will eat that day.. but some side-dishes like pickled.. fermented like kimchi.. can be eaten for a long time.. several weeks.. some side-dishes.. like fried dried seasoned squid..they can eat several weeks too.. so it's all depends on what kind of side-dishes you make.. thanks
