This is me playing the first part of Bach's BWV998 Prelude. As you can see in the end of the video, it took me several tries to get a decent interpretation of the piece. I'm a beginner as i've only been playing for a year... hope you like it.

  • How are you studying, do you have a teacher, are you self-taught- is there a tradition and technique for playing classical upside down lefty?

Sorry to be so full of questions, but I'm a long time upsiderdowner and I just always assumed we had no way to play finger picking styles "properly"; I sure had (and have) a hard time with them!

    You sound great!

  • @tuskedbeast Mostly i've been learning by myself (with tabs), but i have a good friend who gives me some tips pretty often... and he's right handed! No special technique for lefties, i guess is just the same as any classical guitar player would need to know.

  • @SaiyanCHW Well, all I can say is "wow". Very inspirational!

  • That is very good for a one year player, and your playing upside down. i couldn't do that, i just learned to play as a righty.

  • this is absolutely excellent for one year playing!!!
