The Nehemiah Group is a 501©3 non-profit community development and social service corporation whose mission is to serve the underserved, empower the underprivileged, and create prosperity through community revitalization.

The Nehemiah Group's IE3 Mentorship Program provides a four tier, holistic approach in addressing recidivism including Incarceration, Education, Employment, and Entrepreneurship. This comprehensive reentry initiative was created to provide a continuum of transitional services that address the multiple challenges facing ex-offenders. The IE3 Mentorship model is based on forming purposeful relationships that will provide the practical support to empower returning citizens seeking to achieve self-sufficiency and a successful reintegration into society. This support mechanism is a crucial component in connecting with mentees to identify appropriate supportive services, job trainings, and employment opportunities that contribute to the reduction in recidivism and life transformation. The Nehemiah Group is committed to rebuilding lives one person, one family, one community at a time!
