The pain solution is....don't have it I guess. I was recently in a car accident and it made my TMJ a million times worse. I'm on the verge or removing my lower jaw for some relief lol.

@thedaniel7310 Yeah me too and when i wake up in the morning idk why but thats when its the worst. It pops like 3 times whrn i just open my mouth. And sometimes it like, gets stuck so i just leave it and wait and it gets fixed. Yeah it hurts..lol

video's wrong. Most TMJ pain's from bruxing, not malocclusion, causing trauma to more than muscles. Diagnose bruxing, & if yes, stop with contingent electrical stim. EMG tells you, and also tells if treatment's working.
