For Gusty, Fly Little Wing 2010

Gusty, my eight year old budgie, died the day before Christmas 2010. One morning his foot was bothering him, so he went to see his vet that afternoon. The vet said he had some arthritis and prescribed some pain medicine. Three days later my little Gusty died in my hands. I miss him so much. Dr Ross Perry, a highly respected avian vet, said that it sounded like Gusty had gout and kidney disease, possibly from heavy metal poisoning.

Gusty had a great life, and so did my little angel, that died December 10/ 2010. This video made me cry, thinking of Peaky.
