I just got the achievement, 69K.
If you time it right, you'll have to sing "Stone Cold Crazy You Know" of the 1st verse, or you might lose you X4.
I used his audio file and the video at the same time... I mute the video when i need ed the file.
Activate SP twice in 1st verse.
Activate SP at the end of 2nd freeform
Activate SP in the middle of the second verse but early enough so it can end and you can fill it up again for the 3rd freeform.
I was about 61K at the end of the 3rd freeform.
