This pan was done with a celestron cg-3 equitoral mount with an RA motor... I hope you like this one because... I screwed the sensor on this camera by pointing it into the rising sun too long! I thought the cloud haze would stick around... not! see the purple 'swoop' at the end? vola fucked sensor... at least it was a old inexpensive camera... live and learn.

    Great video! Sorry about your sensor though :( I plan on trying this with my Canon XSi and Meade 8" lx200 in alt/az mode. Thanks for the idea!
