wheadonfan thats the proper question, impressive laparoscopic technique, healthy appendix though...what were the management options presented to this patient? Besides open appectomy in this healthy app a this is performed through standard ´gridiron incision in same time as port is placed. Can only hope this was made under auspices of a formal clinical trial...
