Footnotes:
1) Infamous "Fukushima, Fukushima, Fukushima" part has been deleted from the video on the official Fukushima Prefecture's website.
2)"Mito Komon" at around 1:10 is the popular Japanese historical figure in 17th century who went around the country busting bad people with his seal case as a guarantee of authority.
3)"Byakko-tai" at around 4:05 are boys aged mostly 16 to 17 but as young as 13 who fought to defend their lord's land (today's Aizu in Fukushima Prefecture) but chose to kill themselves rather than to surrender in the civil war that ensued after the Meiji revolution that brought down the Tokugawa Shogun government. Fukushima was on the side of Tokugawa.

They know from animal tests that smiling helps against radiation. Yeah, since animals are well known for smilling!
Sometimes my cat wakes me in the middle of the night, because it´s just read a joke and laughs and rolls on the floor. So my cat won´t be affected by radiation.
I wonder how they made the experiment? Maybe they told jokes to one group of animals and the other group had to watch sad movies, while they treated them with radiation. At the end the clown group was less effected.
(Irony)

@Pralinenliebe My cat does the same! In the interview with the German magazine "Spiegel," he says "From animal experiments with rats we clearly know that animals who are very susceptible to stress will be more affected by radiation. Stress is not good at all for people who are subjected to radiation. Besides, mental-state stress also supresses the immune system and therefore may promote some cancer and non-cancer diseases. That is why I told people that they also have to relax."
