i use a 26" front wheel, so i can spin it, but if you put a longer or straighter fork in your frame, i'm pretty sure that you will be able to do it with the 28" wheels too.

depends on the geo, usually a little bit slack geo on the headtube angle and whatnot gives you space for barspins..; same with shorter cranks if you want even more space (to rid of toe overlap)

i completely agree fix gears are badass and for people with true skill talent and balance i race both bmx, track bikes, and road bikes and there's nothing like cruising around on an fg
