Theyre just tryin to make you have the feel of quake and doom again! jk that sucks man. my 360 version doesnt do that but i cant play with the discs installed, if i do theres a specific point in the game on disc 2 that freezes 100% of the time. Bethesda told me to restart the game without the discs installed and they will hopefully fix it...they better...fuckin bogus!
