  • This is great.

I wish the second cluster chord was recorded, included the major climax. :(

  • I have another performance recorded. In it's entirety methinks. I'll post it very soon :)

  • Kill the soprano, kill the soprano. (or) just straighten out the tone.

  • This is good, though I have to say there's one soprano sticking out and she's dragging the rest of the choir down in terms of pitch. The choir's doing a good job of bringing the pitch back though. So good job all around!!

  • hummm .. almost nothing wrong with the voices. but the tempo, maestro? I think it ought to be much, much more slow...

  • How could no one say anything about that rogue Sop? Aside from that, this was exquisite.

  • lol the soprano sounds like one of the random women who sing the star spangled banner before the beggining of a baseball game!!

  • wow i teared up

  • oh my gosh so did I! CSU has an amazing chamber choir. were you at all state choir this year when they preformed it for us?

  • i totally fell in love with this song when i heard the CSU Fort Collins chamber choir do it.

    this choir did magnificent too.=-)

  • well conducted sean

  • i don't even know much about choirs or singing but you can really hear that first soprano...

  • I like the sound. I like the tempo also. Moves a little more than the BYU version. Kinda like the Polyphony recording. Like I said, nice sound, excluding the loud, crazy vibrato-using first soprano... You can't use much vibrato with Whitacre. Everything is much too tight to have any pitch issues due to vibrato.

Overall, very nice sound! Wish I could have heard it live.
