Here's part 3!

After dinner, I went back out to the station for an hour, to see some evening action. I had some great lighting to work with, and a double rainbow was to be seen. Enjoy!

7:01 P.M.
We didn't have to wait long for this short westbound to show up; he's about 40 minutes out of Winslow Yard. Look to the upper right and you can see a rainbow. It would get brighter as time went on.

7:15 P.M.
A light rain was falling at this point, which forced me to film from under an overhang, for the camera's sake. Here we see more great power bringing a heavy stack train downhill.

The last train of the evening is a stack train headed to L.A. lead by an elephant-style lash-up consisting of:

  • Thanks!

  • Great shots, very well done! =)

  • @Trains232: Thanks, Robert! I wish I did too, but I didn't want to bring it on the airplane.

  • Joe that first shot was excellent!! If only you had it up on a tripod....
