Mist Trail Yosemite 2011

Mist Trail from the bridge below Vernal Falls past the Emerald Pool to the bridge below Nevada Falls. 2011 is an exceptionally wet year, this was filmed near the peak flow May 22. The sound can only be truly experienced in person, The Blue Angels fighter jets are louder, but not by much!

And this wasn't even the peak of the runoff this year. Yosemite might not have waterfalls like this again in our lifetime.

@granitepeaks1 for sure- my buddy went 3 weeks later, it was a bit more... I don't think it peaked until July this year or at least late June, usually this would be the peak time...We even had some extra rain at the end making things even crazier
