You do understand that you will sin in the future as well and that those sins are covered too. If they are not covered then only those that die right after they repent are saved.

You need to confess that you messed up. It is about being honest to God and humbling yourself. Then you need to ask God to help you not do the things that you confess again.

Repentance and forgiveness is for past sins and there is nothing we can do other than have faith in Christ that he has paid for them. We CAN do something about future sins. We can choose not to do them. We can walk in the light as he is in the light and endure to the end.
