I assume no Politicians are talking about Lumber Companies because it's That Bad. LOL. What's even worse is a Politician cashing-in off the Industry when there's World Wide Anger on Deforestation of the entire Amazon Rain Forest. This is the reason why we need to stop claiming Prosperity for America when all the Trees in Alaska are Gone!!!

@conlagrime Self destruction of America? You think conserving the environment is self destructive? Far from it. Drilling for oil however, is. The sixties brought equal rights to many people, and you can not say that is bad. I don't understand how preaching peace and environmentalism (which is what happened in the sixties) is bad at all.

Land conservation and love of the great outdoors, God's creation, is the real conservatism.
The current RNC and the Republicans in Washington, DC, Senators and Congressmen, are not conservative in ANY sense of the word.
