Thanks for this video, I used it to tear down and clean the LCD of my Sansa e280, which had gotten coated in dust that made it in through minute gaps in between the plastic front face and the player itself. Now I can see my screen again! I'm so glad I got the Sansa, it was way cheaper than an iPod (especially since I got mine refurbished through woot.com) and doesn't require crappy software like iTunes. Anyone else with a Sansa, check out the Rockbox firmware, it has games and other features!

i got mad at my sandisk and threw it a croos my room, broke the screen, but eh it was the most reliable thing i have ever had, then I got the 2nd nano and only had that for a week until my goddamn GF washed it in the washer, i need my sandisk back any help, it only shows white and black, black splotches, and in every ear phone it only plays one ear piece unless i stick it half way out, any help on how to fix that?

help !, i've been using my sansa for 3 years, so it's pretty old, i got scroll wheel problem, it's loose, hard to scroll, the high light just go around when i want to select a song . Please ! (srry for my english)

i have a SanDisk Sansa but its a lil version of this whit a usb plub in build on to it and i use 2 use it on my xbox 360 and 1 day i took it out of the 360 usb port and it stop working it have'nt turned on any1 no what i can do 2 bring it back 2 life??

You might try removing the battery and letting it set for an hour or so.

hey i follow your video to open up my sansa to try to repair the headphone jack. but i open the the front plate from the board the headphone jack fell off from the board and i though i broke my mp3 player so anyone knows how to fix this pm me cuz i need to know. and it explans why the jack was so loose

If it hasn't been too damaged, you will need to solder the headphone jack back to the main board in the Sansa.
