@SimplyBam There's a few songs with the name "Meet me in Montauk". The only time it would really conflict is if the songs sounded too much alike.

@SuperiorSwagon1 haha you wouldnt get sued for having the same name for a song. There are a couple songs called "meet me in montauk". If this song sounded just like circas he might have to worry but they sound nothing alike

You know circa survive has a song with the same title...you are pretty talented but i'd change the name if you don't want to get sued hehe. Ino Circa wouldn't do that but the record company might.
