@tigerjonn Japanese government didn't decide to keep Yasukuni Shrine, Douglas MacArthur, the head of GHQ, decided to remain Yasukuni after consulting the issue of Yasukuni with Father Bruno Bitter, who was the professor in Jouchi University. Father Bitter says the following words to MacArthur "In any country, people have rights and duties to show the respects toward the people who died for the country." And then, MacArther canceled his plan, which was burning out the shrine.
@macaxrulz Yes, thats why they have no class. Because other countries like germany, would never have a nazi shrine or a hitler statue to respect hiter (ancestor or not), BECAUSE they know that would be a disgrace to themselves, and every other european country that was affected by nazi germany. Too bad japan has no class nor honor to even realize this.
@tigerjonn im pretty sure they're more interested in paying respects to their ancestors (war criminal or not) than caring about having 'decency' towards chinese/koreans...lol
if Japanese people had any shame they would burn tis shrine to the ground. if they had any class or human decency.. they would close this shrine down and any other shrine like it.
yes it is a place where cruel imperialistic invaders are unjustfully enshrined. and you know what, in Yaskuni jinja they have forcefully enshrined Korean and Chinese people regardless of their families' will. Not so much a japanese place huh
This is not chinese communist party issue. What is the jap soldier fought for japan all about? japan is not invaded by chinese or koreans. They're invader themselves

@cuteameri Oh really? So that's why Tojo Hideki, the war criminal responsible for all the terrible atrocities of Imperial Japan, is enshrined there?
It's nice that you aren't actually aware of what was going on, or what hideous things Japan did to its neighbors in ages past. Keep up the good work!
