Video 3 - this is a continuation of the past two videos. At this point, the evacuation message had played three times and both banks of elevators were recalled to the ground floor. I used this elevator to go upstairs using the Phase II firefighers mode. When I turned the Phase II keyswitch from "hold" to "off", the elevator, once again, returns to the ground floor and stops. The only other deficiency is the parking garage, no signals were operating at all.

  • We have the same system where I work plus we have speaker strobes in the garage as well

  • where is this at

  • Blackmaxima are you a fire alarm inspector/technician?

  • It looks like the system trouble LED was flashing while you were resetting the panel that could buy why the garage NAC's didn't activate.

  • Cool video! I love the Simplex 4100U so much. I think it is cool how you can talk over the mic after silence and announce over all the fire speakers. I have only seen a 4100 in real life. Why wearn't the speakers or the strobes working in the parking garage?

  • @Firealarmking52 Yep, I think it was a renovated elevator. I'm not so up-to-date on elevator designs, but judging by the round buttons and it using the 2389 fire key, it was a Dover/TK.
