"Flight 11" impacts the World Trade Center North Tower, WTC 1, at 8:46:40 am. Seen at 8 frames per second. From DVD mpeg2 to avi (deinterlaced using bob doubler filter in VirtualDub and compressed using huffyuv codec)

Not only do you see a flash at 0:05, but click full screen and watch closely at 0:15 to the left of the explosion. There's a secondary flash. You can't tell me it was caused from the impact of the plane hitting if it was already inside.

You could not see much of the plane, too zoomed back. Only time you really see a "trail" is at high alt.
