This was great, but I think slower talking would have helped so much, and let some time of quiet pass when you give the option of talking to your guides and just absorbing the experience. It was a little to rushed for me to fully absorb into the experience however it was still brill and thank you!

I believe that what you connected with there was your own Higher Self. You know the name because that entity is you. That sounds odd because we identify the Self with the ego that we currently carry with us but our true nature is eternal and made of Light. Sometimes we catch fleeting glimpses and we are in awe. The ego thinks of that part of us as a separate entity but in Truth, it is All that we Are.

MY spirit animal was a gold sheep. My guide looked like Darth maul from star wars. ??? That's never happen before. Never got to get much info from him because of the short time that was allowed plus I was a little surprised! Other than that it was a great experiance to visualize.
