In this video, renowned chef and owner of DBGB proffers his tips for an amazing stove-top burger, whether your stove is electric or gas. Besides a heat source and a good cast-iron pan, all you really need are fresh ingredients and a little know-how — and some Dijon mustard, bien sur.

We tried it at home, and let us say, this is one good burger.

how do you make soft burger baps.  NOrmal home made bread rolls are usually hard type. HOw do you make bread soft ratehr than the usual firm type

@xOutsiderXx Rubbish. I question your mental agility with comments like yours.  Raw beef is perfectly ok to eat as long as you know its history and you keep a clean kitchen. I've eaten T-bones completely raw down to the bone...with Irish beef though, not American.

Unless you know what cut of meat burger was ground from NEVER leave it pink like that or you may end up in the hospital.
