The gift seems big because of the box. I am sure if it had been too big Mr & Mrs Groban would have said & I would have found another way to get it to him.
Josh receives gifts of many sizes, this is not unusual.
I met Mr & Mrs Groban after & they said that they & Josh were very impressed with it.
It was a gift from over 300 fans from all over the world.
Hopefully it's a nice memento of him being in Chess.
There's a Youtube clip where Josh comments on the book, he seemed happy.

I love Josh Groban above any other artists, and would do whatever, but not boring other people...what a finger in the ass, give a package so big to his parents, that they have to keep on kneels during the show! What a rudeness... I if was Josh, I'd educate my mom and dad to say "No thanks, we can't take it, try to ship it", unless it is something little... what a bore, that way!

Because I can't rotate it as said in the video info. I've tried but i changed the format from my phone and can't edit it in anyway. Sorry!
