@garrysmodd The first few times it's uncomfortable---it's almost like drowning yourself but it's not. Once you get used to it, it's no big deal and not painful at all. You do need to make sure there proper sodium (salt) levels are added (or it does hurt for some reason) and that the water is warm (not hot, not cold). It's fairly comfortable actually.
