Harvard University Dining Services is engaged in a process to make the seafood it serves more sustainable and is working with National Geographic Fellow Barton Seaver to develop new sustainability guidelines for large institutions whose seafood choices are constrained by the need to buy in volume and meet sometimes tight budget targets.
